Giampolini Courtney has been proudly restoring and preserving many of the best landmark structures in the San Francisco area.

Many residences in the bay area are historic and magnificent. They're constructed similarly to major downtown masonry buildings. Such residences are extremely valuable and need similar maintenance and repair to assure the buildings remain healthy and stay in beautiful condition. Our craftspeople have restored and preserved many of these gems.  

We have restored and conserved dozens of historic landmark and modern Churches and Cathedrals, along with major interior cleaning projects, conservation of artisan statuary, altars, pews, and stenciled artwork. Our highly experienced artisans and tradespeople, trained in centuries-old traditions, provide a wide range of services: facade restoration of stone, brick, plaster, terra cotta and cast stone.

Over the years we have repaired many Parking Garages, performing state-of-the-art improvements including structural repairs, spall repairs, epoxy injection, sealants, expansion joints. etc.

Much of the bay area's modern precast high rise buildings are approaching 60 years old. Many have been through several generations of reseals at panel joints, we are now starting to see problems with concrete panels and other claddings related to age, wear, water penetration and oxide jacking.

Many of our restoration projects have been on significant municipal state and federal public owned buildings including libraries, courthouses city halls, monuments and office buildings. Also, we have worked on water service reservoir infrastructure and other public buildings such as the Old Log Cabin in the Presidio.
